The Role

  • Engage with hiring managers to recruit for positions within the Protis Global People solution Family, Protis Global, and ace Talent Curators.
  • Assist the Director of People & Development to manage new hire orientation, training calendar, and supporting other critical onboarding functions
  • Partner with the Director of People & Development to Maintain best practices and recruiting process standards; recommend improvements and implement change to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Full responsibility for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and its functionality to effectively facilitate hiring processes for the Organization.
  • Builds balanced sourcing strategies to find talent actively and passively looking for opportunities.
  • Conducts in-depth prescreening interviews with potential candidates.
  • Serves as the administrator of the applicant tracking system; maintaining talent pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system improvements.
  • Maintains talent pipelines to support the company's proactive hiring initiatives.
  • Coordinates/ schedules all candidate interviews/ events.
  • Provides guidance and advice to hiring managers on offer recommendations in accordance with internal equity and external market data. Negotiates the terms of employment offers with the candidate.
  • Analyzes data within the hiring process to identify areas for continuous improvement to further optimize service & support to the organization.
  • Provides best in class hiring practices that follow company policies, practices, procedures, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other laws.
  • Produces recruiting reports to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Provides interview training, to ensure awareness of local laws and readiness to effectively assess a candidate

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in internal recruitment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • ATS experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ATS or CRM, and other technology used to enhance remote candidate engagement
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or LinkedIn Sales Nav is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business background is preferred
