As a Search Consultant, you will focus on managing candidates through the full interview and offer process—from initial evaluation to closing. This role is execution-focused and does not include business development. You will work closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality search experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit
- Guide candidates through the interview process and provide preparation
- Present candidate profiles and insights to clients
- Coordinate and manage interview logistics
- Partner with the Research Team to build and engage candidate pipelines
- Manage offer negotiations and close candidates
- Maintain accurate search data in ATS systems
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with transparent communication and timely feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or the consumer packaged goods industry
- Background in retained or executive search preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, ATS, CRM, and remote candidate engagement tools
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
